How It Works

If you purchase an item but have simply changed your mind then you may return it, with the exemption of earrings due to hygine reasons,   within 30 days from purchase at your own cost. 

You will received a full refund on condition that the item is in the same condition it was sent to you in, minus the postage fees.

For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty, in which case I will either repair or refund you.
