How We Do It

We post worldwide.

items will be sent within 3 days from the date of order.

£4.00 for recorded delivery to the UK

EU postage would be £7.00 

​

All other countries would be £10.00

if you would like your items to be sent next day delivery or to be insured via special delivery then the cost will be  £8.50 to the UK.

We are  under no  liability should there be any delay in delivery or your item not be delivered/received, due to reasons beyond my control.

In the event that your item does not reach you after 20 days from the date of dispatch, please contact me with your details so that i can launch an investigation.

The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping information and should there be an error with this then we are not liable.

If you are looking at purchasing multiple items then please contact me for a combined rate.

Please note that any item of jewellery sent via recorded delivery will not be insured as Royal Mail do not insure jewellery under recorded delivery, so should it get lost I am not responsible.

However, if you want it to be sent to you via special delivery which will insure it, please contact me and I will be able to adjust the cost accordingly, This is generally about £8.00.

If you want a more secure airmail service, again please ask me.  I have a post office round the corner from me and can find out information quite easily.
